01Who we are

Discovery Digitals SRL (BV) is a private limited company registered in Belgium under enterprise number 0760.787.430 (VAT BE0760787430), with its registered office at Rue Tramasure 12, 7830 Silly, Belgium. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Discovery Digitals, and “you” means the person or business placing the order. You can reach us at any time at contact@discoverydigitals.com.

02What these terms cover

These terms apply to the fixed-price packages, upgrades, add-ons and monthly plans sold on our online checkout. The package you select, as described at checkout (deliverables, revision rounds, delivery time and included bonuses), is part of our agreement. So is our Refund Policy.

If we sign a separate written proposal with you for a custom project, that proposal takes precedence wherever it differs from these terms.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, that you are at least 18, and that you are authorized to order on behalf of your business.

03Prices and payment

  • All prices are in US dollars.
  • Packages, upgrades and one-time add-ons are paid upfront, in full, at checkout. Paying upfront lets us book your project and start right away.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
  • Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout, before you pay.
  • Coupon codes apply to one-time items only, one code per order. They have no cash value.
  • Services added from the “Recommended for you” section are billed at the bundle price shown at checkout. Each bundled service keeps its own deliverables and its own guarantee.
  • For larger projects, we can agree on a different payment schedule in writing before you order.

04Monthly plans

Google Ads management plans, care plans and maintenance plans are monthly subscriptions.

  • Your first month is charged at checkout, together with any one-time items. The plan then renews automatically every month, on the same date and at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
  • There is no long-term contract and no exit fee. You can cancel anytime by emailing us at contact@discoverydigitals.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
  • Months that have already started are not refunded, prorated or credited.
  • Care periods included free with some upgrades (for example “3 months of care”) end on their own. They never turn into a paid plan unless you choose to subscribe.
  • If the price of your plan changes, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies, so you can cancel first if you prefer.

06Your brief and timelines

  • Work starts once your payment is complete and we have received your completed brief, plus any access or materials we need (logins, existing logo, photos, content).
  • Delivery times shown at checkout, such as a logo in 24 hours or a website live in 48 hours, are counted from that moment. Rush add-ons shorten them as described at checkout.
  • While we are waiting for your feedback, approvals or materials, the clock pauses and the timeline shifts by the same amount.
  • If we haven't heard from you for 60 days despite our reminders, we may close the project and deliver the work completed so far.

07Revisions

  • Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed at checkout.
  • A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback on the current deliverable. Sending it in a single message keeps your project moving fast.
  • “Unlimited revisions” means we keep refining your chosen direction until you are happy with it. It doesn't cover starting a new direction, adding new deliverables or changing the agreed scope.
  • Extra revision rounds, new deliverables or scope changes can be added at any time. We quote them before doing any extra work, and you decide.

08Ownership of your work

  • Once your order is paid in full, you own the final deliverables: final designs and every source file, as well as the code, design and database built for you. You get full usage rights, including print, digital, merchandise and ads.
  • Websites, platforms and automations are set up on accounts in your name (domain, hosting, database, tools), so you keep full control. There is no mandatory subscription and no lock-in: any developer can take over.
  • If an order is refunded, ownership does not transfer to you, and the refunded deliverables (concepts, mockups, code) may not be used.
  • Concepts and directions you don't select remain ours.
  • Third-party elements keep their own licenses: fonts, stock photos, open-source code and software platforms such as Google Ads, Stripe or your hosting provider. We tell you before using anything that requires a paid license.
  • We may show the finished work in our portfolio and case studies. If you'd rather we didn't, just tell us.

09What we need from you

  • Accurate information about your business, and timely feedback.
  • You confirm that you have the rights to everything you send us (logos, photos, text, data), and that using it in your project won't infringe anyone else's rights.
  • You review and approve each deliverable before it goes live. Once it is approved, you are responsible for how it is used, including the legal or regulatory requirements of your industry.
  • We don't provide legal advice. Legal content on your own site, such as your privacy policy or terms, remains your responsibility.

10How we work

We may use AI-assisted tools to work faster. Every deliverable is reviewed and tested by a person before it reaches you.

11Confidentiality and data

  • We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver your project. We never sell your data.
  • The data collected through what we build for you (leads, customers, analytics) lives in your own accounts and belongs to you.
  • When you give us access to your tools, we use it only for your project. You can revoke it at any time, and we recommend you do once the project is complete.

12Guarantees and refunds

Every service comes with its own guarantee:

  • Branding: 100% money-back guarantee.
  • Web design: Love it or your money back.
  • Google Ads: No contract, cancel any month.
  • Custom platforms: Money-back guarantee.
  • Automation & AI: Works as promised or refunded.

How each guarantee works, what can be refunded and how to ask for a refund is explained in our Refund Policy. If, after reading your brief, we believe we are not the right fit for your project, we tell you before starting and refund you in full.

13Results

We commit to delivering what is described in your package, within the timelines above. Apart from the guarantees in our Refund Policy, we can't promise specific business results, such as a number of leads, a cost per lead, search rankings or revenue. Those depend on factors outside our control, like your market, your budget, your offer and how quickly you follow up with prospects.

14Liability

We do our work with care. If something goes wrong, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. For monthly plans, it is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost data or missed business opportunities. Except as stated in these terms and in our Refund Policy, our services come with no other warranties. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

15Governing law and disputes

If there is a problem, email us first: most issues are solved in a single conversation. These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any dispute that can't be settled amicably will be handled by the competent courts of the judicial district of Hainaut, Belgium.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order applies to that order. For monthly plans, we email you about any significant change at least 30 days before it applies.
